The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raheem throws a head kick that Sasquatch semi-blocks.
It looks like Daniel Sasquatch has been cut.
Sasquatch takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Sasquatch on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Sasquatch drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A chopping leg kick lands by Raheem.
Raheem turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Raheem tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Raheem throws a nice inside leg kick.
Sasquatch looks gassed!
Raheem buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sasquatch on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Raheem. Raheem obviously looking to wear him down.
Raheem lands a big head kick that sends Sasquatch tumbling to the mat! Raheem takes a step backwards and waves Sasquatch back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Sasquatch is rocked!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Raheem! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Abdul Raheem!
After the fight, Abdul Raheem was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
