Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adrian Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derrick Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Superstar by Lupe Fiasco kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Derrick Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman tries to clinch up.
Marquez slow jab from Coleman misses its intended target.
Marquez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Marquez throws a body kick that misses.
Marquez misses with a left hand
and Coleman counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Coleman misses with the combination.
Marquez throws a body kick that misses.
Marquez throws a half hearted mid kick.
Marquez throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Marquez throws a left and a right that both miss
and Coleman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Marquez misses with a combination
enabling Coleman to counter with a crisp jab.
Marquez misses with a body kick.
Coleman lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Marquez is looking to clinch.
Marquez throws a front kick aimed at Coleman's knee but Coleman avoids it well.
Coleman throws a one two combo.
Coleman instigates a clinch.
Marquez tries to stall but Coleman uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Marquez goes for a takedown in the clinch but Coleman prevents it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marquez decides to pull guard.
Coleman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Coleman is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Marquez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Coleman comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Marquez lands a brutal head kick. Coleman looks out on his feet and Marquez throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
