Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alex Mason!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ronnie Boxer!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Boxer does no damage.
Mason tries to clinch but Boxer moves out of range.
Boxer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mason moves away.
Boxer darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Boxer cracks Mason with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A punch lands to the side of Mason 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mason drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Boxer with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Mason drives through and clinches with Boxer against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boxer stops a takedown attempt from Mason.
Boxer wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Mason keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Boxer's efforts to push away.
Mason ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mason no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Boxer looking to sit in guard and control but Mason gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mason drops back looking for a leg! Boxer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Boxer manages to kick Mason off! Mason jumps back into Boxer's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mason is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Mason has gone for a leg lock! Boxer slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mason's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Boxer's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Boxer is looking to stand up but Mason won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boxer is looking to work some ground and pound but Mason has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boxer throws a sloppy strike and Mason has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Boxer is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Mason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Alex Mason!
