Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bv Rasp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nelson Muntz!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muntz misses with a double jab

and Rasp moves into the clinch.

Rasp breaks the clinch.
Rasp slips a jab and a cross from Muntz.
Muntz misses with a wild combination.
Muntz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rasp moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rasp throws a one two combo.


It looks like Nelson Muntz has been cut.
A big left from Muntz misses.
Rasp fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rasp throws a body punch but Muntz moves out of range.
Rasp throws a right and a left that Muntz avoids nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Rasp showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Muntz.
Muntz has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rasp finds it's way round the side to connect with Muntz's head.
Rasp dodges the punch combination from Muntz.
Rasp lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Muntz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Rasp fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Muntz throws a series of punches but Rasp avoids them all with ease.
Rasp pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Nelson Muntz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Muntz throws a left and a right that both miss

and Rasp counters by moving into the clinch.
Rasp lands a shot to the body.
Muntz tries to break free but Rasp pushes him back against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Rasp fails to land.
Muntz prevents a body shot from Rasp.
Rasp has Muntz pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Muntz manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Rasp scores with a shoulder strike.
Muntz is trying to break the clinch but Rasp is controlling him.
A body shot lands from Rasp.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Rasp obliges.
Muntz looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee calls for Rasp to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rasp throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Muntzs head.
Rasp lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Rasp taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Good body shot from Rasp.
Rasp lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Rasp tries a knee to the head but Muntz blocks it.
Rasp lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Rasp keeps control of Muntz as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Rasp lands a shot to the body.
Rasp dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Rasp lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rasp creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Rasp is struggling to control the position.

Rasp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Rasp throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Muntz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Muntz misses with a few strikes there.

Rasp rushes Muntz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Rasp breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rasp clobbers Muntz with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Rasp clinches.
Muntz prevents a body shot from Rasp.
Rasp lands a hook to the side of the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A short body shot lands from Rasp as the two fighters clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rasp scores with a shoulder strike.
Muntz taking a breather.
Muntz blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Rasp breaks the clinch.
Muntz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Muntz looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Rasp feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Rasp slips nicely into half guard.

Rasp seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Muntz is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Bv Rasp!
