PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sandor Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirill Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen Splin - Moyo serdce as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sandor Clegane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Kirill Brown!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Clegane scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
You can see the frustration on Brown's face as Clegane controls the position.
Brown tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Clegane wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Clegane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clegane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Brown fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clegane has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Clegane tries to clinch up but Brown pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Clegane to the mat! Clegane covers up and Brown unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
