Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calvin Broadus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Broadus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: P.I.M.P. by 50 Cent feat. Snoop Dogg. Calvin Broadus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broadus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Armstrong sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Armstrong throws a combination. Broadus tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Armstrong is looking to clinch but Broadus is avoiding it.

Broadus is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Armstrong asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Armstrong is looking to take a break and control but Broadus is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Broadus is looking to regain half guard here but Armstrong keeps moving and retains side control.

Armstrong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Broadus tries to avoid it but Armstrong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Broadus to the ground. Broadus escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A nice elbow there by Armstrong.
Broadus is desperately trying to improve his position but Armstrong has a good base and remains in mount.

Broadus tries to hold on but Armstrong pushes him away.

Broadus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Armstrong. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Armstrong cracks Broadus with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Broadus is rocked!
Calvin Broadus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Calvin Broadus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tyler Armstrong!
