Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin misses with a takedown attempt - Kongo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Martin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Martin shoots in for a takedown but Kongo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrew Martin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kongo leaves Martin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Martin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kongo counters by moving into the clinch.
Martin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Martin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Martin lands in his opponent's guard.
Kongo looks gassed!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Martin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Martin stands and throws Kongo's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Martin is staying tight to Kongo's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Martin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kongo, who protects the arm well.
Martin is looking to take a break and control but Kongo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kongo is letting Martin control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Martin has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Martin wants to get back to full guard.
Martin is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Kongo is tapping! Great win for Martin!
