Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Taktarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Lauko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Oleg Taktarov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taktarov throws a shot to the body.
Lauko fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lauko closes the distance but Taktarov moves to the side
and Taktarov makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Taktarov lands with a cross.
Lauko takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Taktarov stuffs the takedown attempt from Lauko. Lauko gets slowly back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lauko misses with a low kick.
Lauko shoots in looking for a takedown. Taktarov tries to sprawl out of it but Lauko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Taktarov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Oleg Taktarov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michal Lauko.
Lauko gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Taktarov.
Lauko wants to clinch
and Taktarov scores with a counter punch that sends Lauko to the canvas! Taktarov smells blood - he's punishing Lauko with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Lauko has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Oleg Taktarov!
An out of breath Oleg Taktarov thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
