Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rook ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rook closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Boyd to the mat! Boyd manages to get full guard.
Rook trying to control the position from guard on top but Boyd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Boyd wants to stand but Rook is controlling the position.
Rook slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Rook has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
We're going to have a standup here because Yuri Rook wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Boyd misses with a hook to the body
and Boyd takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Boyd lands a body shot.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Boyd takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Boyd looks gassed!
Rook throws a series of punches but Boyd avoids them all with ease.
Boyd scores with a jab to the head.
Boyd tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rook was well out of range. Poor timing from Boyd.
Rook throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A combination from Rook does no damage.
Boyd throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A cross from Rook lands.
Rook avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rook lands a glancing blow to the side of Boyd's head.
BOOM! Rook lands a beautiful left hook that drops Boyd. Boyd tries to recover but Rook is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Boyd lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yuri Rook!
