The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Beaudreaux throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Beaudreaux displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Linford throws a body punch but Beaudreaux moves out of range.

Beaudreaux digs a good body shot into Linford's ribs.
Linford throws a right and a left that both miss.
Linford slips under a jab from Beaudreaux.
Beaudreaux misses with a hook. Linford ducked under it nicely.

Beaudreaux throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Beaudreaux lands a left and a right that send Linford crashing to the mat, dazed. Beaudreaux thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Linford swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Beaudreaux cracks Linford on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Linford falls backwards against the cage. Beaudreaux follows up with more strikes that drop Linford to his knees. Beaudreaux keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Linford! This one is all over!
