Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nico Parcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parcon tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Quinton Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jones manages to end up in side control.
Jones wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Parcon, who protects the arm well.

Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
