Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iosef Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Manningham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dzhugashvili comes into the arena with Gosudarstvenniy Gimn SSSR blaring out of the sound system. Manningham is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Red Rider - Lunatic Fringe . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kurt Manningham was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dzhugashvili lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Manningham on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Manningham takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Manningham shoots in and bounces Dzhugashvili off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Manningham closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dzhugashvili circles away.
Manningham ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Manningham fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dzhugashvili to the ground. Manningham is now in Dzhugashvili's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Manningham closes the distance and clinches up with Dzhugashvili, looking for a takedown. Manningham pushes Dzhugashvili against the cage but Dzhugashvili circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Manningham wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dzhugashvili has him pressed against the cage.
Manningham has Dzhugashvili pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dzhugashvili manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Iosef Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurt Manningham.
A frustrated look appears on Manningham's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Dzhugashvili presses Manningham against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Dzhugashvili pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Dzhugashvili has closed the distance and engaged Manningham in a clinch.

Dzhugashvili creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Manningham's defenses.
Dzhugashvili breaks the clinch.
Dzhugashvili connects with a right hand. Manningham shakes it off.
Dzhugashvili closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dzhugashvili lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Manningham or not.
Dzhugashvili presses Manningham against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Dzhugashvili working the clinch nicely. Manningham is working for position but Dzhugashvili cracks him with a big knee to the head! Manningham crumples up against the cage and Dzhugashvili lands two more shots before the ref can save Manningham! This one is all over!
