Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Fire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bruce Lee was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Tommy Fire! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce Lee! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Reed Andrews and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee cracks Fire with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Fire takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fire dodges the punch combination from Lee.
A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Fire napping and manages to drive through into side control! Fire on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fire tries to get out of the position. Lee thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Lee is trying to get an arm triangle but Fire is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fire is trying to control Lee's posture but Lee avoids it. Fire keeping his opponent close.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fire tries to escape but Lee is in control. Lee is trying to get an arm triangle but Fire is defending well. Lee in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Fire is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bruce Lee!
