The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawkins misses with a double jab.
The Bar attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
The Bar takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Dawkins thows a body shot but no joy.
The Bar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dawkins throws a jab but it's blocked by The Bar.
The Bar misses with a few strikes there.
Dawkins lands a nice shot to the body.
Dawkins swats away the attempt to clinch by The Bar.
Brian Dawkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Bar tries to bum rush Dawkins with a series of wild strikes but Dawkins uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dawkins throws a quick inside leg kick.
The Bar scores with the left hand. Dawkins knows he should have avoided that one.
Dawkins connects with a single shot there.

The Bar takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Dawkins takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

The Bar falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dawkins counters with a nice body shot.
The Bar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dawkins pinned against the cage. Dawkins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The Bar takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Dawkins cracks The Bar with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dawkins lands with a good body shot.
The Bar closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dawkins digs a good body shot into The Bar's ribs.
Dawkins is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
The Bar looks gassed!
Dawkins swings for the body but The Bar moves out of range.
Dawkins thuds a left hand into The Bar's body.
Dawkins connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The Bar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Dawkins darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The Bar is rocked!
Dawkins is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Dawkins shuts the power down on The Bar. Lights out, game over! Dawkins is your winner.
