Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yohan Sinche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simao Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yohan Sinche had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 157.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Yohan Sinche is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sinche shoots and misses

and Silva decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sinche's guard.
Silva wants to control from the top but Sinche keeps moving.
Silva keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sinche's head.
Silva throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Silva throws a big right hand that misses.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Silva's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Sinche has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silva can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Silva is looking to work some ground and pound but Sinche has wrist control.
Silva pushes down on Sinche's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Sinche on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva is nestled in close to Sinche, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Silva is trying to control. Sinche wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sinche is breathing heavily.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Silva lands a nice short elbow.
Silva slips a nice elbow through Sinche's hands, connecting with Sinche's forehead.

Silva perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Oh Sinche is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silva connects with a nice short shot to Sinche's temple.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sinche seems to have got his legs back now.
