The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mata.
Moore takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Moore uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mata.
Moore throws a head kick but Mata moves out of range.
Mata lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Mata fails to land with a series of punches.
Mata moves out of range of the body kick.
Moore throws out a loose jab but Mata uses good head movement to avoid it.
Moore takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Moore throws the left hand but Mata avoids the punch easily.
Moore throws a nice inside leg kick.

and Moore takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mata throws a body punch but Moore moves out of range.
A head kick from Moore lands but Mata takes it in his stride.
Moore is looking to slow Mata down with leg kicks.
Mata blocks a head kick by Moore.

and Mata takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Moore! Mata is out on his feet! Moore rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Mata is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Mata is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
