Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, O Shea Jackson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gyver stuffs the takedown.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Gyver, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Gyver against the cage but Gyver circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Jackson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Jackson is looking to take a break and control but Gyver is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jackson not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Jackson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Gyver regains full guard. Nicely done.
Jackson throws an elbow that misses. Gyver uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jackson's guard. Nice move by Gyver!
Gyver stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gyver manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jackson is looking to work some ground and pound but Gyver has wrist control.

Jackson with a flurry of punches that miss.

Jackson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Gyver tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Jackson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Jackson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Jackson looking to sit in guard and control but Gyver gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gyver not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Jackson looking to control but Gyver passes into half guard.
Jackson tries to roll over but Gyver keeps him under control.
Jackson is controlling Gyver's trapped leg to prevent Gyver from advancing to side control.

Gyver takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gyver takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Jackson takes the fight into the clinch.
Jackson fails to pull guard.
Mac Gyver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of O Shea Jackson.

Jackson drags the fight down to the ground.
Jackson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jackson has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Gyver has passed into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jackson is trying to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

O Shea Jackson dominated that round.
That's time! Gyver's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Jackson clinches.
Jackson is looking to take this one to the mat.
Gyver scores with a knee to the head.

Jackson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gyver smiles and moves away.
Gyver is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jackson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gyver was well out of range. Poor timing from Jackson.
Jackson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jackson misses with an uppercut. Gyver saw that one coming.
Gyver lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gyver pinned against the cage. Gyver gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mac Gyver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of O Shea Jackson.

Gyver moves into the clinch successfully.

Gyver putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Jackson in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Gyver lands a right hand.
Jackson is breathing heavily.
Gyver using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jackson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Gyver is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jackson takes a knee right on the jaw!

Jackson wants to take the fight to the mat but Gyver manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Gyver obliges.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gyver is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Jackson is trying to pull guard but Gyver turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Jackson looking for a takedown.
Gyver unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jackson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Gyver creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Jackson's defenses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jackson takes a knee right on the jaw!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gyver creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.


Jackson is rocked!
Gyver scores with a knee to the head.
Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Gyver finish him?
Gyver lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Gyver dips a shoulder and cracks Jackson with a mighty uppercut! Jackson falls back against the cage and Gyver unloads with a barrage of strikes! Jackson is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Gyver screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mac Gyver!
