And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright misses with a two punch combination.
Wright cracks Wade with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wade. Wright does a little dance to reset his feet.
Derek Wright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wade has Wright up against the cage in a clinch.
Wade breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wright swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sloppy strikes from Wade. Those never looked like landing.
A nice combination there by Wade.
Wade throws a low kick but it's checked well by Wright .
Wright takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wright misses with a series of wild punches.
Wade throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wright was covering up waiting for the punch and Wade finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Wade keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Wright 's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Wade has an Americana. Wright didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Wade is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Wade hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
