Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Ovszenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Basit Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ovszenko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bas Rutten - El Guapo likes to dance. Marcin Ovszenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ali thows a body shot but no joy. Ali will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ali throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ovszenko. Basit Ali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ali waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ovszenko. Ovszenko digs a good hook to Ali's body.
Ovszenko avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ali gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Ovszenko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ali.
Ali rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ovszenko moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A leg kick checked by Ali. Ovszenko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sloppy strikes from Ali. Those never looked like landing. Danga de danga de dang - Ali scores with a four punch combination! Ali looks gassed! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. We're going to have a standup here because Marcin Ovszenko wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Ovszenko catches Ali with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Basit Ali has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ali throws a right and a left that both miss. Marcin Ovszenko is winning the standup battle so far. Ovszenko misses with a body shot.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ovszenko's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ali under the eye. Ovszenko jabs Ali right on the nose. Ali blinks but takes it well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ovszenko lands the left hand. Ovszenko cracks a nice hook into Ali's ribs. Basit Ali is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Excellent takedown into side control there by Ovszenko. Ovszenko taking a breather here. Ovszenko has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Ovszenko has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Check out the look on Ovszenko's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
And that's the end of the fight! Marcin Ovszenko showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ovszenko, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
