Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robin Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zane Peltier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peltier comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rockstar-Chamillionaire kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Robin Hood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hood checks a low kick from Peltier.
Peltier closes the distance and clinches.
Peltier has picked Hood up - he's going for a ride! Peltier dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Peltier throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Peltier is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Peltier is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hood is just riding it out for now. Peltier eventually gives up the hold.
Hood is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Peltier's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Peltier's back!

Peltier just trying to survive but Hood is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

Peltier manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hood's guard. Nice work there by Peltier.

Hood is desperately trying to improve his position but Peltier has a good base and remains in mount.

Peltier wants to stand and escape but instead Hood has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Hood throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Peltier works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Hood tries to free his leg and advance position but Peltier is retaining full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Peltier shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hood's guard.
Peltier stands up and waves to Hood to follow him.

Zane Peltier comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Peltier has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A determined Zane Peltier didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
