Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Tomic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quik Yin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Tomic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quik Yin! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Tomic connects with a solid leg kick. A thudding body kick lands there by Tomic!
Tomic scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Quik Yin has been cut. Tomic drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Tomic is looking to stand up but Yin won't let him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tomic avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Yin looks gassed! Tomic tries to stand but Yin is controlling from the bottom. Tomic gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Tomic smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Yin is rocked! Yin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Tomic counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Tomic has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tomic manages to break the clinch.
Yin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Tomic counters with a thumping low kick. Jon Tomic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quik Yin. Tomic gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yin trying to control the position from guard on top but Tomic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Yin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Yin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tomic is wriggling around but Yin manages to pass to half guard.

It looks like Jon Tomic has been cut. Yin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Yin tries to pass to full mount but Tomic defends it. Tomic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yin on the ground. Yin stops Tomic from getting back to his feet.
Yin is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Yin moves nicely into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tomic, who protects the arm well. Yin tries for a kimura but Tomic is defending well. Tomic is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Yin has just dragged him back down to the mat. Yin has hold of Tomic's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Tomic seems comfortable defending it but Yin has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Tomic is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Tomic is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Yin couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Quik Yin!
