Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hiroshi Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janos Prohaska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Hiroshi Sato!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Janos Prohaska!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato takes a swing at Prohaska's ribcage but misses.
Sato loads up on a big right hand but Prohaska slips the punch.
Prohaska takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Prohaska feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Prohaska looks to land a combination but Sato avoids it well.

Sato cracks Prohaska with an open hand slap.
Nice defenses there by Prohaska.
No joy there for Prohaska, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Prohaska shoots for a double leg takedown but Sato sprawls well. He's pushed Prohaska's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Sato fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Prohaska has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sato lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A big strike lands for Prohaska! That's really hurt Sato and he's turned his back - Prohaska keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Prohaska jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
