Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between PERRO PERRO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Belgus Ctetzka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Ctetzka. No joy for PERRO on that attempt.
PERRO tries to clinch but Ctetzka moves out of range.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
PERRO wants to take a breather but Ctetzka is having none of it.
PERRO stalling away here and it's allowed Ctetzka to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Ctetzka has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
PERRO wants to control from the top but Ctetzka keeps moving.
PERRO is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Ctetzka is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

PERRO will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Ctetzka bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
PERRO tries to improve position but can't.
You can see the frustration on PERRO's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ctetzka tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
PERRO wants to hold on but Ctetzka pushes him away.
PERRO is wriggling around trying to escape.
PERRO wants to get back to his feet.

Belgus Ctetzka showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.



PERRO changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ctetzka looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
PERRO is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Ctetzka regains half guard there - taking advantage of PERRO's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Ctetzka is controlling PERRO's trapped leg to prevent PERRO from advancing to side control.

PERRO is tying to control. Ctetzka wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
PERRO wants to stand up but Ctetzka is controlling the position.

PERROis looking to pass into half guard but Ctetzka pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Ctetzka is in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

PERRO had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ctetzka is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. PERRO Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ctetzka's back instead.

PERRO is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Ctetzka defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

PERRO is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Ctetzka up.
What can Ctetzka do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

PERRO's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
