Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brusso Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wrestling Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Wrestling Scott enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brusso Do!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wrestling Scott!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott ducks under a wild hook from Do.
Scott keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Do.
The fight stays on the outside here - Do looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Scott closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Scott has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Do after a bit of a struggle.
Scott misses with a punch on the inside.
Scott managing to block the knees to the body from Do.
Scott blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Scott turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Scott manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scott fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Scott tries to score with some ground and pound. Do controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Do managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Scott.

Scott sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Do is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Scott trying to control the action but Do is working from the bottom.

Do holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.

Scott working the strikes but Do uses the opportunity to regain half guard.

Do regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Scott.
Scott stands up over Do, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Do is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Scott postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Scott wants to control from the top but Do keeps moving.

Scott throws a strike but Do rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Scott not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Do stays in close to Scott's body and controls the position.
Scott trying to keep a closed guard but Do is proving a slippery customer.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Scott tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Do swivels and escapes.
Do ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Scott looks gassed!
Do tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Scott has closed the distance and engaged Do in a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Do misses with a hook to the ribs.
Scott drops down looking for an ankle pick but Do pulls his leg out and moves away.
Brusso Do has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wrestling Scott.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Do thuds a left hand into Scott's body.
Nice straight punches there by Do. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Do.


It looks like Wrestling Scott has been cut.

Do lands a left and a right that send Scott crashing to the mat, dazed. Do thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Do digs a good body shot into Scott's ribs.
Do feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Scott crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brusso Do!
A very excited looking Brusso Do rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
