Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Rameo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Woonsocket Cavaricci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Woonsocket Cavaricci was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fedor Rameo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Woonsocket Cavaricci! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Cavaricci. Cavaricci is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rameo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Cavaricci has knee on belly momentarily but Rameo bucks him off and regains half guard. Rameo is looking to control Cavaricci's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rameo avoid being mounted? Rameo is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cavaricci is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Cavaricci is looking for a kimura here.
Rameo wants to control but Cavaricci is keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cavaricci is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Cavaricci is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rameo is just riding it out for now. Cavaricci eventually gives up the hold. Cavaricci trying to pass the guard but Rameo defending well. Rameo wants to improve his position but Cavaricci is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rameo looks like he's trying to stand up.
Cavaricci moves nicely into side control. Rameo is looking for a sweep. Rameo struggling a bit here. Cavaricci wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rameo, who protects the arm well. Cavaricci tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cavaricci has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Cavaricci looks gassed! Cavaricci tries for a kimura but Rameo is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cavaricci goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Rameo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Cavaricci but great work by Rameo. Cavaricci is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Rameo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rameo creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Rameo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Cavaricci gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cavaricci is refusing to be controlled, as Rameo sits in half guard. Rameo wants to work for an arm triangle but Cavaricci is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are battling for position here. Cavaricci manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Cavaricci bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rameo's guard. Cavaricci wants to pass the guard but Rameo is keeping the position. Rameo trying to keep a closed guard but Cavaricci is proving a slippery customer.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cavaricci advances position into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Woonsocket Cavaricci dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Cavaricci scores a takedown into full mount! Rameo has left one of his arms exposed and Cavaricci doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Rameo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Woonsocket Cavaricci!
