Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georges St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dervius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Dervius was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
St Pierre closes the distance and clinches up with Dervius, looking for a takedown. St Pierre pushes Dervius against the cage but Dervius circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Georges St Pierre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
St Pierre lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dervius circles away quickly and effectively.
Dervius cracks the inside of St Pierre's front leg.

Dervius is nestled in close to St Pierre, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dervius cracks St Pierre with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Dervius is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. St Pierre can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
