Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Hassel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suki Jaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suki Jaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Hassel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Suki Jaki! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hassel showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jaki.
Jab from Hassel. No joy there for Jaki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jaki shoots in and drives through. Hassel sprawls well. Jaki uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hassel. Hassel defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jaki. Jaki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hassel throws a hook to the side of Jaki's head but Jaki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Hassel stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hassel wants it to stay on the feet. Chris Hassel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Suki Jaki. Jaki closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Jaki misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Hassel drops his shoulder and cracks Jaki with a huge uppercut! Jaki goes down! Can Hassel finish him?
Jaki is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Hassel stands up from Jaki's guard - Hassel perhaps looking for a knockout. Jaki is still on wobbly legs! Can Hassel finish him? Hassel has closed the distance and engaged Jaki in a clinch.
Jaki seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaki is looking for a takedown. Hassel lands on the inside with an uppercut. Jaki is trying to pull guard but Hassel turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Hassel content to slow the pace in the clinch.
A short left from Hassel. Hassel gets through Jaki's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Hassel lands a hook that snaps the head of Jaki backwards. Come on Hassel - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Jaki is trying to break free. Hassel lands a hook to the side of the head. A quick uppercut on the inside from Hassel. Hassel displaying some good clinch control by pressing Jaki up against the cage. Hassel lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jaki backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaki is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hassel pulls him back up using the underhooks. Hassel gets underhooks to prevent Jaki's takedown attempt.
Hassel lands a left hand.
Jaki is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jaki jumps guard but Hassel turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Hassel lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Jaki or not. Jaki looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Hassel content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Hassel lands with a right to the head. Hassel lands with a left to the head. A short left from Hassel. Hassel is pressed up against the cage. Jaki has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hassel down to the mat. Hassel avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hassel clinches up against the cage. A hook to the body from Hassel.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Hassel. Hassel gets underhooks to prevent Jaki's takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hassel controlling the action here for a moment.
Hassel lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jaki backwards. Jaki's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Hassel lands an uppercut. Jaki tries to break the clinch but Hassel is controlling the position. Hassel lands a body shot in the clinch.
Hassel lands with a short head shot on the inside. Hassel's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Hassel lands a left hand.
Hassel lands a hook to the side of the head. Hassel lands with a short punch from the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hassel pushes Jaki against the cage. Hassel is working some dirty boxing. Hassel pushes off with a quick right hook! Jaki goes down! Jaki tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hassel moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Hassel! Chris Hassel took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Hell's Balls Recovery for their support in the buildup to the fight.
