Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Whinchester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Drago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dean Whinchester! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drago tries to bum rush Whinchester with a series of wild strikes but Whinchester uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Drago swinging wilding here.
Whinchester is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Drago keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Drago takes the fight into the clinch. Drago breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Whinchester fails with the takedown. Drago wants to clinch up but Whinchester keeps it at a distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Whinchester dodges the punch combination from Drago.
Drago stuffs the takedown attempt from Whinchester. Whinchester gets slowly back to his feet. Ivan Drago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dean Whinchester.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drago closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Drago lands in his opponent's guard. Drago throwing strikes but missing. Whinchester isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Drago stacks Whinchester on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Drago! Drago is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Whinchester is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drago is looking to take a break and control but Whinchester is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Drago gets to mount! Whinchester was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drago trying to control but Whinchester is having none of it. Whinchester is trying to escape the mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Drago is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Whinchester can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Drago is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Whinchester has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Whinchester! Drago could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Drago keeping moving, preventing Whinchester from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Drago dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Drago tries to close the distance and clinch up but Whinchester swats him away and circles back towards the center. Whinchester with a lazy takedown attempt and Drago counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Drago gets to his feet - Whinchester follows without any prompting. Whinchester misses with a takedown attempt and Drago counters with a takedown into side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Drago stands up and beckons Whinchester to his feet. Drago swinging wilding here.
Drago shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Whinchester really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drago landing strikes, looking to finish! Drago wants to control the pace but Whinchester is squirming around nicely. Drago takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Whinchester is desperately trying to improve his position but Drago has a good base and remains in mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Whinchester is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Drago scores with a couple of good head shots there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Drago can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Whinchester is looking to escape. Whinchester is wriggling around trying to escape.
Drago is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Whinchester can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Whinchester is looking to improve his position but Drago isn't that keen on the idea. Drago controlling from the full mount. Drago scores with a couple of good head shots there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Drago dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Whinchester shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Drago keeping full guard, as Whinchester tries to pass. Drago might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Whinchester pushing down on Drago's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Drago is looking to escape. Whinchester looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Drago is looking to control Whinchester's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Drago avoid being mounted? Whinchester takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drago gets full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Drago lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Whinchester! Drago wants to control the pace but Whinchester is squirming around nicely. Drago lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whinchester slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Drago is looking for a kimura but Whinchester is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Drago to get the leverage. Drago seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Whinchester does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Well, if Drago is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Drago is nestled in close to Whinchester, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Whinchester works his way to full guard. Good work. Drago has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Whinchester is proving hard to escape from. Whinchester keeping full guard, as Drago tries to pass. Whinchester looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
And that's the end of the fight! Dean Whinchester comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Drago has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
