Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hagler Hearns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Hagler Hearns has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hagler Hearns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Rogan!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rogan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hearns did well to prevent Rogan getting side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hearns keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hearns wants to get back to full guard but Rogan has mounted him!

Rogan has hold of Hearns's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hearns manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Rogan looking for a guillotine from mount but Hearns is having none of it.

Hearns is trying desperately to improve position.
Hearns avoids a series of strikes thrown by Rogan.

Rogan wants to finish this one by submission but Hearns is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rogan.
Rogan lands a heavy elbow.

Hearns defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Rogan.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rogan working the ground and pound effectively.
Rogan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hearns is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Rogan is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hearns is surviving well by controlling Rogan's body position as best he can.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hearns stops Rogan from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Rogan working for a submission but Hearns is keeping him at bay.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hearns tries to hold on but Rogan postures up.
Rogan sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rogan is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Hearns to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hearns shrugs it off.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Rogan dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Hearns works Rogan's body with a nice hook.

Rogan clinches with his opponent.
A body shot lands from Hearns.
Rogan tries for a takedown but Hearns manages to get underhooks.
Hearns misses with a body punch.
Hearns lands a nice uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hearns scores with a shot to the side of Rogan's head.
Hearns tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rogan's elbow.
Rogan is looking to take this one to the mat.
Hearns stops a takedown attempt from Rogan.
Hagler Hearns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Rogan.
Hearns scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Hearns is pressed up against the cage. Rogan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hearns down to the mat. Hearns avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Hearns lands a right hook to the body.
Hearns stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hearns uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rogan has time to react.
Hagler Hearns is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rogan is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hearns drops Rogan with a big left hand! Rogan is injured, injured bad! Hearns jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hagler Hearns!
After the fight, Hagler Hearns was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
