Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andres Saya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Janusz Turniejowski!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saya lands a slapping body shot.
Saya really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Turniejowski slips under a jab from Saya.

Saya uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Turniejowski tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Turniejowski wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Saya, who protects the arm well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Saya tries to bench press Turniejowski off him but Turniejowski keeps the position.

Turniejowski thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Turniejowski is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Saya is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Both fighters take a look at the clock.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Andres Saya will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Saya lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Saya doesn't manage to clinch there - Turniejowski circles away.
Turniejowski takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Turniejowski shoots in but no luck this time.
Saya stuns Turniejowski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Saya misses with a hook. Turniejowski ducked under it nicely.

Saya catches Turniejowski with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
