The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magakian misses with a kick to the body.
Magakian tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jonghyun swivels and escapes.
Magakian throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jonghyun's waist but Jonghyun gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Magakian off to one side.
Magakian throws a big shot that misses.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Magakian has had enough of the clinch but Jonghyun keeps him there for the moment.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
