The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grupe scores with a decent looking hook.
Papadopoulos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Papadopoulos tries for a takedown but Grupe circles away easily
and Grupe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Papadopoulos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grupe is fending him off so far but Papadopoulos persists. Nope, Grupe circles away and we're back to standing.
Panagiotis Papadopoulos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Norbert Grupe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Panagiotis Papadopoulos.
Grupe throws a body punch but Papadopoulos moves out of range.
Papadopoulos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Grupe pinned against the cage. Grupe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
