Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Macedon III (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xeroderma Pigmentosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Xeroderma Pigmentosa was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macedon III forces Pigmentosa back against the cage and clinches.
Macedon III digs a right hand into Pigmentosa's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Pigmentosa's gas tank.
Macedon III's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pigmentosa looking to score a takedown here. Macedon III is defending well but Pigmentosa drives through and ends up in Macedon III's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Macedon III working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pigmentosa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pigmentosa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Macedon III pulls Pigmentosa in close to his closed guard and prevents Pigmentosa from doing any damage or advancing position.
Macedon III manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pigmentosa manages to get himself to full guard.
Macedon III passes Pigmentosa's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Pigmentosa wants to improve his position but Macedon III is controlling well.
Macedon III lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Macedon III is looking for a kimura but Pigmentosa is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Macedon III to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Macedon III is trying to work for a kimura but Pigmentosa is defending well.

Macedon III is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Macedon III is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pigmentosa doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Macedon III.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Macedon III has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Pigmentosa clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Pigmentosa is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Macedon III lands shots from the back.
Pigmentosa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Macedon III. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Macedon III is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Pigmentosa knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Pigmentosa for a finish.
