Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Schwarz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiranuka Stakanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stakanu has chosen Oy, To Ne Vecher as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiranuka Stakanu!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwarz lands a nice shot to the body.
Stakanu falls off balance throwing a combination
and Schwarz counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Stakanu thinking.
Stakanu throws a nice looking combination but Schwarz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Schwarz jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Schwarz misses with a hook. Stakanu ducked under it nicely.
Stakanu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schwarz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Stakanu throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Schwarz slaps away a takedown attempt from Stakanu, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Stakanu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Schwarz as he jumps to the side.

Stakanu has a takedown stuffed.
Hans Schwarz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hiranuka Stakanu.
Schwarz throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stakanu has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Schwarz finds it's way round the side to connect with Stakanu's head.
Stakanu is trying desperately to land a takedown but Schwarz is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Stakanu.

and Stakanu counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Stakanu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Schwarz is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Stakanu looks gassed!

Schwarz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stakanu.
Schwarz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stakanu manages to avoid it.

Stakanu uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Schwarz.

Stakanu scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Schwarz is looking to regain half guard here but Stakanu keeps moving and retains side control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Schwarz pushes Stakanu off looking to stand but Stakanu dives back in and keeps control.
Stakanu is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Schwarz has managed to free his arm - good work.
Stakanu seems to be looking for submissions.
Stakanu is looking to advance position but Schwarz won't allow it.
Schwarz is looking to escape.

Stakanu seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Schwarz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Schwarz is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Stakanu fails with the takedown.
Stakanu works over Schwarz's head and body with a nice combination.

Schwarz is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Schwarz sends Stakanu crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Schwarz is motioning to the referee to let Stakanu up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Hans Schwarz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Schwarz fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Schwarz connects with a single shot there.

Schwarz drops Stakanu with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Stakanu looks back up at him and smiles so Schwarz waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Stakanu is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Schwarz.
Hiranuka Stakanu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Schwarz bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Stakanu's head.

Schwarz drops Stakanu with a huge uppercut! Stakanu drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Schwarz is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
