The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jepaul shoots in but no luck this time.
Jepaul shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Merceli sprawls well. Merceli wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jepaul gets slowly back to his feet.
