Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Samir Kahn!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahn takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Kahn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Davis scores with a takedown into Kahn's guard.
Kahn working for a triangle but Davis defends it easily.

Davis slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Kahn looks to move to half guard but instead Davis has passed into mount! Damn!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kahn is looking to improve his position.

Davis stalling away here and it's allowed Kahn to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Davis has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kahn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kahn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kahn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Davis counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

A nice right hand lands inside from Davis.
Davis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kahn has him pressed against the cage.
Davis's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Davis swings wildly with an uppercut but Kahn uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kahn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Kahn jumps into guard, dragging Davis to the mat.
Kahn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Davis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kahn is trying to control Davis's posture but Davis avoids it.
Davis tries for a kimura but Kahn is defending well.
Kahn regains half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mickey Davis will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Kahn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Davis.
Davis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Davis remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Kahn had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Davis is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kahn Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Davis's back instead.
Kahn is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Davis knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Davis for a finish.
