Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rico Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Sauers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rico Willis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Shane Sauers! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sauers uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Willis. Willis instigates a clinch. Willis is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sauers is defending well for now. Willis tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sauers avoids it. Sauers lands a body punch. Willis looking to throw knees to the head but Sauers is blocking nicely.

Sauers wants the takedown. Willis is fighting it off but Sauers persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Willis's guard against the cage. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Sauers throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Willis works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Willis keeping moving, preventing Sauers from controlling successfully. Sauers with a flurry of punches that miss. Willis wants to stand and escape but Sauers is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sauers throws a strike but Willis rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Sauers looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Willis won't allow Sauers to sweep him here. Sauers is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Willis defends well. Sauers is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sauers looking for a sweep. Not yet Sauers, not yet. Sauers working for a triangle but Willis defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sauers looking for subs off his back but Willis has passed one foot through into half guard.
Sauers wants to sweep but Willis has passed to side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Willis in the domination position with Sauers hanging on. Sauers throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Sauers tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Willis wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Sauers is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Willis stands up and beckons Sauers to his feet. Sauers bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Willis taking punishment in the form of punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sauers is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Willis has escaped the position, nice work there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Willis is not content to let Sauers control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Sauers dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Willis looks to land a left hand but Sauers moved out of range nicely. Sauers shoots in but no luck this time. Willis attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Sauers fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Willis sprawls well initially but Sauers persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Willis pushes Sauers off looking to stand but Sauers dives back in and keeps control.
Willis is not content to let Sauers control the position. Sauers throwing shots but Willis is blocking nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sauers working Willis over with strikes. Sauers seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Willis does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Sauers wants to free his trapped foot but Willis is holding on for dear life with his legs. Sauers is looking for a kimura but Willis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sauers to get the leverage. Sauers is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Willis manages to escape and get back to his feet! Willis fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Willis tries to land a leg kick but Sauers saw it coming and moves away.
Sauers doesn't succeed with the takedown and Willis makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Sauers scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Sauers is looking to take a break and control but Willis is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sauers slows the pace down in half guard. Sauers is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sauers thows a huge punch but Willis dodges it nicely.
Sauers missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Sauers trying to mount his opponent but Willis defends it. Sauers seems to be working for a kimura but Willis defends the submission attempt. Sauers working the head and body with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Sauers showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Willis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Sauers tries for a takedown but Willis circles away easily and Willis counters with a leg kick. Sauers moves into the clinch successfully.

Sauers has hold of one of Willis's legs. Willis is fighting the takedown attempt but Sauers gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Willis working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sauers. Sauers's corner is telling him to maintain position. Sauers is standing up over Willis. Willis looks to escape but Sauers dives into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sauers wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Willis, who protects the arm well. Sauers is looking to take a break and control but Willis is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. A lull in the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sauers working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Willis wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Willis parries the strikes from Sauers easily there. Sauers is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Willis to escape.
Sauers wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Willis, who protects the arm well. Willis managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Sauers.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sauers wants to lay and pray for a moment but Willis keeps working. An elbow from Sauers crashes against the mat.
Sauers has knee on belly and moves into mount. Sauers has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sauers tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sauers wants to control the pace but Willis is squirming around nicely. Shane Sauers is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Sauers looking to control and managing it successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Shane Sauers comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sauers winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
