Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Ace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ace kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is holiday. Johnny Knox looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ace tries to keep at a distance but Knox has taken the fight into the clinch.
Knox pressing his opponent against the cage.
Knox tries to land knees in the clinch but Ace avoids the damage to the body.
Ace lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Knox.
Ace is trying to break the clinch but Knox has him pressed against the cage.
Ace is trying to stall.

Ace breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Ace scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ace wants to lay and pray for a moment but Knox keeps working.

Ace is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Knox defends it well.
Ace will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ace seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Knox does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Knox is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Knox uses his free foot to push down on Ace's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Ace.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Knox keeps control of the position as Ace tries to break free.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ace is trying to get back to his feet but Knox has full control of the position and if anything, Ace has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Knox has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ace's body.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Knox can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ace is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ace keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Knox cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
