Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Trinity Fever (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Calamote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calamote has chosen I'm not a Superstar as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fever throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Calamote counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fever shoots in for a double leg but Calamote sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Fever throws a low kick, looking for Calamote's leg but Calamote calmly moves out of range.
Nice shot lands for Calamote.
Calamote is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Some bone on bone action there as Calamote checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Fever misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fever shoots and misses
and Calamote counters with a left to the body.
Fever swings widly with a right hand
and Calamote makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Fever really felt that one!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Calamote feints and then cracks Fever's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fever down.
Fever is breathing heavily.
Calamote throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Fever fails with the takedown
and Calamote counters with a head kick. That will keep Fever thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trinity Fever. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fever shoots and misses
and Calamote counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Calamote connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Calamote lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fever is rocked!

Fever has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Calamote.
A lazy left from Calamote finds it's target.
Fever takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Calamote thuds a left hand into Fever's body.
Calamote lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Fever throws a leg kick
and Calamote counters with a flying knee that drops Fever! Calamote dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paulo Calamote!
Post fight, Paulo Calamote took to the microphone: 'Rodrigo Machado is a big fat tyrant, come at me bro!'.
