Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Lusis.
A big left from Castillo misses.
Lusis throws a leg kick which misses Castillo's front leg but catches the back leg as Castillo tries to avoid it.
Lusis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lusis lands a nice hook to Castillo's body. Castillo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Lusis connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Castillo to the floor! Lusis dives in looking for the finish!

It looks like Ozzie Castillo has been cut.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Lusis content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Janis Lusis has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Castillo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lusis - the referee stops the clock and Castillo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lusis. Castillo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
