Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ozzy Wylde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and San Andreas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wylde kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Get It Up" by Chickenfoot. San Andreas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ozzy Wylde! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, San Andreas! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andreas displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wylde throws out the jab. Wylde has managed to clinch.
Wylde is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Andreas with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Wylde's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Andreas crunches a lovely knee into Wylde's ribcage. Wylde pushes Andreas back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch. Andreas misses with a knee strike.
Wylde has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Andreas is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Andreas is looking to control Wylde's arms but Wylde gets an underhook and turns him. Now Andreas has his back to the ropes. Wylde wants a takedown.
Andreas throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wylde blocks it with crossed arms. Andreas with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Andreas enables Wylde to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Andreas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Andreas wants to get back to his feet but Wylde is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wylde content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Wylde throwing strikes from guard but Andreas blocks nicely. Wylde drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wylde jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Wylde might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Andreas is looking to stand up but Wylde isn't so interested in that idea. Wylde has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wylde not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wylde prevents Andreas from getting back to his feet. Andreas being controlled here, momentarily. Wylde lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Andreas wants to stand and escape but Wylde is having none of it. Andreas keeping moving, preventing Wylde from controlling successfully. Andreas wants to stand but Wylde is controlling the position. Wylde stays in close to Andreas's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ozzy Wylde just wasn't active enough. Wylde connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Andreas's hands.

Andreas tries to clinch up but Wylde circles away and keeps his distance. Andreas throws a push kick but Wylde slaps the foot to one side. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Andreas on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Andreas is looking to clinch. Andreas goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Andreas connects with a leg kick. Wylde looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wylde misses with a hook. Wylde fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Andreas is looking to clinch but Wylde is avoiding it.
Andreas wants to clinch up but Wylde keeps it at a distance. Andreas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. San Andreas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Andreas tries to clinch but Wylde moves out of range. Andreas looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wylde misses with a hook. Andreas ducked under it nicely. Wylde misses with a looping left. Andreas throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Andreas looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Wylde changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Andreas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ozzy Wylde will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Ozzy Wylde's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Wylde is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Wylde stops Andreas from standing up. Wylde looking to pass the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Andreas is fighting off a takedown attempt but Wylde is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Andreas to the mat. Andreas regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Andreas wants to get back to his feet but Wylde is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Andreas takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Wylde's corner is telling him to maintain position. Ozzy Wylde overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Andreas avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wylde trying to control the position from guard on top but Andreas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Andreas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wylde is controlling him. Andreas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wylde. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wylde controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Ozzy Wylde has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Wylde will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wylde swats away the attempt to clinch by Andreas. Andreas wants to clinch up but Wylde keeps it at a distance. Wylde jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

He's worked his way up against the ropes but Wylde has just dragged him back down to the mat. Wylde working the ground and pound. Wylde controlling from side mount. Andreas is trying to get back to his feet. Andreas being controlled for a moment. Wylde is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Andreas is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Wylde is working to tighten is grip on Andreas's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Andreas has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wylde is really squeezing tight and eventually Andreas passes out! Wylde breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
