Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel miyagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). miyagi comes to the cage accompanied by Ready for war. Jake Thomas told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Thomas!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
miyagi sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Thomas to the ground! miyagi dives into full mount looking to finish!
Thomas is rocked!
It looks like Jake Thomas has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, miyagi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Thomas is still in real trouble! Can miyagi finish him?
miyagi is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Thomas goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for miyagi!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Daniel miyagi!
