Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yoshiro Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Urbonas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshiro Gomi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jorge Urbonas!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomi looks for a takedown but Urbonas sprawls well.
Gomi dives in and scores a takedown into Urbonas's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Gomi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Urbonas swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gomi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Urbonas wants to sweep but no luck.
Gomi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gomi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Urbonas tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Gomi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gomi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Gomi postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Urbonas wants to control but Gomi postures up.
Gomi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Urbonas knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Gomi wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Urbonas, who protects the arm well.
Gomi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Urbonas rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Gomi's guard! Nice work there by Urbonas!
Gomi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Urbonas is aware though and is defending well.

Gomi has his feet on Urbonas's thighs here. He's pushed Urbonas off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Urbonas screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
