Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Management (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Management might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Walk by Pantera. Ray Management is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Burza! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burza throws a body punch but Management moves out of range. Burza throws out a loose jab but Management uses good head movement to avoid it. Burza just misses with a punch to the body.
Burza lands a body shot.
Burza looks to land a left hand but Management moved out of range nicely. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Management throws out a loose jab but Burza uses good head movement to avoid it. Burza just misses with a punch to the body.
Burza ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Management moves away. Management tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Burza is able to avoid easily. Management throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Management slips under a jab from Burza. Management moves out of range of the strikes. Management throws a nice outside leg kick. Burza fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Burza uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Management.

Management tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Burza paws at him with a jab and circles away. Management throws a leg kick that misses. Management cracks the inside of Burza's front leg. Management thuds his right hand into Burza's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burza circles away from the clinch attempt and Burza counters with a nice uppercut. Management throws a sloppy head kick and Burza moves out of range easily. Burza is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Management rather than just go for the knockout. Burza uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Management. Management misses with a looping left. Management avoids the body shot from Burza.
Burza throws a nice looking combination but Management bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but John Burza will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Management connects with a good right hand that stumbles Burza. Burza circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Management - that will leave a mark!
Burza tries to bum rush Management with a series of wild strikes but Management uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Management pivots, looking for a leg kick but Burza is out of range and Management settles back down.

Management feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Burza's calf. Management will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Burza throws a looping overhand right but Management ducks down to avoid it. Management uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Burza. John Burza is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Management tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. That kick from Management tenderised Burza's leg. Burza is trying to keep his angry face on. Burza throws the left hand but Management avoids the punch easily. Ray Management is winning the standup battle so far.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Burza in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Burza has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Management. Management moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Burza tests Management's chin there with a solid looking shot. Management pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Management throws a low kick but Burza moves out of range easily. Burza misses with a wild combination.
Burza checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A solid leg kick lands there for Management.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Management dominated that second round. That's time! Management's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

and Management counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Management throws a head kick that misses. Burza's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Management moves into the clinch. Burza tries to break free but Management pushes him back against the cage. Nice elbow from Management. Management trying to land knees to the body.
Burza on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Management is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Burza is defending well for now. Management misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Burza.
Management keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Burza's efforts to push away. Management misses with a knee strike.

Burza takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Management is looking to chop away at Burza's legs. Management lands a head kick. Burza smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Management keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
