Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Dobzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimmy Joe could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sergei Dobzinski's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jimmy Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Dobzinski! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Joe looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Joe swats away the attempt to clinch by Dobzinski. Joe connects with an inside leg kick. Joe is looking to clinch. Joe doesn't manage to clinch there - Dobzinski circles away.
Dobzinski blocks a head kick by Joe.
Joe fails in his attempt to clinch. Joe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dobzinski's guard. Dobzinski controlling the position. Joe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dobzinski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Joe has managed to get both his arms back between Dobzinski's legs - danger averted. Joe stands up from guard. Let's bang! Joe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Joe shoots for a takedown but Dobzinski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Joe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dobzinski is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe stands up and we're back to a striking position. Dobzinski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Joe swats him away and circles back towards the center. Joe tries a head kick but it misses.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Joe. Dobzinski tries to bench press Joe off him but Joe keeps the position. Dobzinski wants to control but Joe postures up. Joe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dobzinski keeps working. Dobzinski is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dobzinski is working to avoid the ground and pound but Joe connects with a decent elbow. Dobzinski tries to buck Joe off but Joe is having none of it. Dobzinski taking a bit of punishment here - Joe scoring with strikes. Dobzinski looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Joe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dobzinski keeps working. Joe stands up and we're back to a striking position. Dobzinski takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Joe throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dobzinski's head. Joe shoots in and gets a takedown into Dobzinski's guard. Dobzinski working a defensive guard here.
Joe is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dobzinski is working an open guard so Joe takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Dobzinski shoots in but Joe avoids the takedown attempt easily. Joe throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Joe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dobzinski's guard. Joe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Joe slips nicely into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Joe is keen to just control but Dobzinski is a slippery customer. Joe stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dobzinski to get to his feet. Dobzinski throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joe gets in close and instigates a clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Joe on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Joe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Dobzinski looks to score with a jab to the body but Joe is just out of range. Joe shoots in and gets a takedown into Dobzinski's guard. Joe advances to half guard. Dobzinski is not content to let Joe control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Joe lands a nice short elbow. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dobzinski trying to control from the bottom.
Dobzinski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Joe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Joe is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Dobzinski is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
