Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Caio The Boss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Vicente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Caio The Boss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitor Vicente! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Boss wants to clinch. The Boss throws a sloppy head kick and Vicente moves out of range easily. Vicente shoots in looking for a takedown. The Boss tries to sprawl out of it but Vicente keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. The Boss manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The Boss fails to land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vicente tries for a takedown but The Boss sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Vicente feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Vicente controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Boss might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The Boss looking to control.
The Boss is looking to stand up but Vicente isn't so interested in that idea. The Boss knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vicente on the ground. Vicente's corner is telling him to maintain position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Vitor Vicente hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Vicente moves into the clinch. Vicente is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Vicente escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vicente plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Caio The Boss has been cut. Vicente swats away the attempt to clinch by The Boss. The Boss slips a jab and a cross from Vicente.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vicente shoots in and drives through. The Boss sprawls well. Caio The Boss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vitor Vicente. Vicente scores with a kick to the body.
Vicente explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. The Boss is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vicente misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Vicente rushes The Boss and presses him up against the cage. Vicente manages to break the clinch.
The Boss swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Vicente counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. The Boss is lucky that one didn't land flush.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Boss falls off balance throwing a combination
and Vicente counters into the clinch. Nicely done. The Boss prevents the takedown attempt.
Vicente ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Vicente no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Vicente escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. The Boss gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Vicente has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but The Boss can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Vicente is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Boss avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Vicente looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The Boss tries to stand but Vicente is controlling from the bottom. Vicente is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Vicente breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vicente shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says The Boss as he avoids it easily. Vicente moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Vicente dominated that round. The cut man is working on Caio The Boss's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
The Boss leaves Vicente with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Some wild striking there from The Boss.
Vicente shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as The Boss sprawls well. The Boss wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Vicente gets slowly back to his feet. Vicente shoots in but no luck this time. Caio The Boss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vitor Vicente.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vicente fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but The Boss avoids it really well and circles away. Caio The Boss is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Vicente fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Vicente is breathing heavily. Vicente throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Vicente lands with a slapping head kick. The Boss wants to clinch up but Vicente keeps it at a distance. Vitor Vicente seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Boss throws a head kick that misses and Vicente counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Vicente lands with a kick to the temple. The Boss shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Vicente gets in close and instigates a clinch. Vicente pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vicente pulls The Boss in to control the position. Vicente lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for The Boss! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vicente misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Vicente throws some wild stikes that The Boss manages to avoid easily.
The Boss has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. The Boss is taking damage to the body and head. The Boss has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. The Boss defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Vicente's arms. Vicente has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of The Boss's body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Boss has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Vicente. The Boss covering up well and avoiding damage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Boss is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Vicente has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Vicente showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Caio The Boss's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vicente. Vitor Vicente seems to be getting the better of the standup. The Boss throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Vicente counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Vicente clinches with his opponent.

Vicente escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round. Vicente shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Boss pinned against the cage. The Boss gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Caio The Boss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vitor Vicente. Vicente looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? The Boss is fending him off so far but Vicente persists. Nope, The Boss circles away and we're back to standing. Vicente fails with the takedown. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vicente is defended easily by The Boss.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vicente has a takedown stuffed. Vicente moves into the clinch successfully.
The Boss is looking to break free of the clinch but Vicente has double underhooks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vicente lands a shoulder strike. Vicente manages to break the clinch.
Vicente cracks The Boss with a good jab. Vicente shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Boss pinned against the cage. The Boss gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The Boss throws a sloppy head kick and Vicente counters by moving into the clinch. The Boss wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

The Boss tries to circle away but Vicente has him pinned against the cage. Vicente keeps control of The Boss as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. The Boss looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Vicente has The Boss pressed against the cage, preventing The Boss from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vicente tries for a takedown. No joy.
The Boss wants to break free but Vicente has control.

The Boss is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. The Boss wants to break free but Vicente has control.
Vicente escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vicente shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The Boss but The Boss pushes him off and we're back to square one. Vicente tries to score a power double leg takedown but The Boss sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vicente somewhat.
And that's the end of the fight! Vitor Vicente comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Vicente has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
