1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Daniels! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pendragon gets a clinch. Daniels changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Pendragon fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Daniels connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pendragon's hands. Pendragon fails in his attempt to clinch. Pendragon misses with a head kick.
Pendragon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Daniels shoots for a takedown but Pendragon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Daniels. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daniels gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Daniels. Pendragon with a poor takedown and Daniels counters with a nice double leg into side control. Pendragon won't be happy with that. Pendragon sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Pendragon is trying to control but can't.
Pendragon is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Daniels's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Daniels's back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pendragon lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Daniels hold on?!

Raul Pendragon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pendragon looking for the RNC. Pendragon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Pendragon misses with punches from the back. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pendragon controlling well, preventing Daniels from escaping the position.

Daniels is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Pendragon lands a shot to the body. Daniels trying to control the hands but Pendragon breaks the grip. Pendragon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Daniels rolls, trying to escape but Pendragon keeps control of the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Daniels throws a right and a left that Pendragon avoids nicely. Some wild striking there from Pendragon.
The crowd cheers as Daniels lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pendragon doesn't seem phased though.
