Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eirik Rivfader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivfader comes into the arena with Jimmy Rebel blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivfader throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rivfader misses with a leg kick
and Bishop connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bishop scores with a punch to the head.
Rivfader could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bishop throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rivfader moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bishop throws the left hand but Rivfader avoids the punch easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Rivfader counters with a good low kick that Bishop was not able to check.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bishop, as that shot connected.

Bishop avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bishop slaps away a takedown attempt from Rivfader, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Rivfader tries to clinch up.
Rivfader throws a body punch but Bishop moves out of range.
Bishop on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bishop chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rivfader can pounce on him.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rivfader.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bishop looks to land a right hand but Rivfader moved out of range.
Rivfader thows a leg kick but Bishop checks it
and Bishop connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rivfader keeps Bishop at a distance using the push kick.
Rivfader changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bishop tries to avoid it but Rivfader manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bishop to the ground. Bishop escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rivfader throws the kick towards the body but Bishop avoids it.
Rivfader moves out of range of the leg kick from Bishop.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Rivfader tries to clinch there but Bishop circles away.

Rivfader tries to bum rush Bishop with a series of wild strikes but Bishop uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rivfader shoots in for a double leg but Bishop sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eirik Rivfader. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bishop lands a left and a right that send Rivfader crashing to the mat, dazed. Bishop thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Bishop connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Rivfader to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Bishop!
