Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lukasz Rej (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mja Mjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lukasz Rej! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mja Mjo! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rej stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rej wants it to stay on the feet. Rej stuffs the takedown. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Mjo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mjo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Rej's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Mjo wants to finish this one by submission but Rej is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Mjo. Rej bucks up and throws Mjo to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Mjo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rej defends it nicely. Lukasz Rej has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mja Mjo. Rej misses with a double jab.
Mjo shoots in and drives through. Rej sprawls well. Rej gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Rej prevents the takedown attempt.
Rej tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rej is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Rej with a knee to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rej's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Mjo slips a jab and a cross from Rej.
Rej swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mjo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rej but Rej pushes him off and we're back to square one. Mjo blocks a leg kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Rej's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rej darts in and clinches Mjo up against the cage. Rej's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rej rushes Mjo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rej lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Rej with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Rej escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rej gets caught flat footed, as Mjo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Mjo prevents Rej from getting back to his feet. Mjo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rej swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mjo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Mjo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Rej is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Rej has escaped and now he's on top! Rej has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Mjo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rej is aware though and is defending well. Rej preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rej scoring with punches to the head and body. Rej wanted to stand there but Mjo had control of the position. Mjo has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rej is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Mjo. Rej working away. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Mjo sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Rej tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Mjo is positioning himself well to prevent Rej advancing to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mjo tries to roll over but Rej keeps him under control. Mjo is positioning himself well to prevent Rej advancing to mount. Rej seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mjo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are battling for position here. Mjo manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Mjo looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mjo has Rej pulled in close to control his posture. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mjo working for a triangle but Rej defends it easily.

Rej gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mjo to score an easy takedown into full guard. Mjo drops back looking for a leg! Rej is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rej manages to kick Mjo off! Mjo jumps back into Rej's guard. Rej keeping full guard, as Mjo tries to pass. Mjo wants to control from the top but Rej keeps moving. Mjo tries to free his leg and advance position but Rej is retaining full guard. Rej is looking to stand up but Mjo isn't so interested in that idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mjo not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Mjo wants to pass the guard but Rej is keeping the position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Mjo pushes down on Rej's leg and manages to get into half guard. Mjo wants to work for an arm triangle but Rej is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Mjo stops Rej from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mjo passes the guard and advances to mount! Mjo looking to control and managing it successfully. Mjo is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Rej to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Rej shrugs it off. Mjo looking to control but Rej is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Rej really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Mjo goes for an armbar but Rej turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rej. Rej stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mjo swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mjo looking to control.
Mjo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rej defends it easily. Mjo wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rej wants to stand but Mjo is controlling his posture from full guard. Mjo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Mjo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mjo is breathing heavily. Rej got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mjo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rej has managed to get both his arms back between Mjo's legs - danger averted. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rej trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mjo's guard. Mjo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mja Mjo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Rej's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Mjo fails with the takedown. Lukasz Rej seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rej tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mjo drives through with a takedown into guard. Mjo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rej is keeping the position for now. Mjo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rej wants to stand and escape but Mjo is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rej keeping moving, preventing Mjo from controlling successfully. Mjo passes into half guard. Mjo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Mjo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Mjo stops Rej from getting back to his feet.
Mjo moves nicely into side control. Mjo swings around for an armbar but Rej sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Mjo's guard. Mjo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rej stopping the sweep attempt from Mjo. Mjo trying to control the position.

Mjo has a closed guard, preventing Rej from standing up. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rej gets to his feet - Mjo follows without any prompting. Lukasz Rej has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mja Mjo is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Rej throws a series of punches but Mjo moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Mja Mjo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Mjo winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
