Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Mauser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burns's entrance music is Barren Earth - Deserted Morrows. A fine choice. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mauser's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Mauser duly obliges.
It looks like Josh Burns has been cut.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Mauser wants to sweep here but Burns controlling him for the moment.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Burns drives through with a takedown into Mauser's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
